Poor Quality and Construction
I purchased a pair of dog socks on Nov 16th. I just received them yesterday (Dec. 17th). They claim "Lightning Fast Shipping" but clearly my order was stuck somewhere for weeks waiting for actual shipment. The photos on the website do NOT show what the socks actually look like. Very deceptive. The socks are shapeless, basically a straight flat tube that does not conform to the foot. The fabric is very uncomfortable, though they claim "soft comfortable material". There is no clearly shaped heel, but rather a tiny strip of a bit more padding along the area that should be the heel area. Given no shaping and non-conforming fabric, the sock bunches up in the ankle area and there is a flap of extra fabric by the pinky toe. Definitely NOT worth $29.99, even if you get a little discount as a first-time customer. Bummed since these were meant as a gift, and after waiting so long to get them, I am embarrassed to give them. The customer service is a bit lacking (they originally gave me the wrong tracking number when I asked about the delayed shipment of my order). Pleasant enough customer service representative, but perhaps a bit over-worked given the number of people I presume are unhappy with their order. Creative business concept, but horrible execution. Too bad they don't allow reviewers to post photos, so customers can see the inferior product I received and will know not to purchase.
