I ordered 2 pairs of pup socks and neither one arrived with my dogs photo on them. One pair had 2 dog faces on them only one of them was my dog and the second pair had a random dogs face on it. I’m waiting for an email from the company.

I ordered a blanket more than two weeks ago and received a tracking number three days after. But the tracking number that indicates it's still with Pupdog and the company has not answered my email asking where the package is.

Never got my product. Customer service won’t respond

Took a month to be delivered and we received something similar to socks but not quite socks. Print was amazing and the image of our pup was perfect.

Ordered 5 blankets for Christmas in different patterns for family members dogs and cats. They all turned out wonderful, and I cannot wait to see their reaction!

I was disappointed that one of my pups faces was so dark she was more of a silhouette. Her eyes and coloring was gone. In the picture i uploaded, the eyes were there. The pup socks people should make sure this doesn’t happen. Poor quality control.

Have send three requests for customer service to help me find out where my order is. Have yet to recieve any kind of response. Am concerned that I wont get my order or even a refund if needed. Am very disappointed.

Socks were not as shown in the advertisement. Poor quality straight tube socks. Disappointed that they advertise something they don't deliver.
