Love love love the socks! At least the printing. Gifting so don’t know about comfort or fit. The face mask looks great as well though it seems a little small - also a gift.

You stoped communicating with my correspondence. My order has not arrived. It’s been over a month. The tracking number indicates it’s still in your warehouse. Although it was issued Dec 3. I cannot comment on the product as I have no idea what it looks or feels like. Very dissatisfied. Silver lining for me I paid with PayPal. So now your their problem.

Ordered 2 custom/ one face pair. One was correct. The other was someone else’s order I imagine. Socks weren’t as soft feeling as I figured they would be.

Havent got my order….

I’ve sent an email regarding my order that I received. Haven’t heard anything back and it’s been over the 72 hours. You sent me a pair of socks with someone else’s dog on them. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them.

I was so disappointed with my pupsocks. The face of my dog looked like a black blob with ears. No snout,no eyes. I tried to reach out to customer service which there was no response. Also if the picture I provided wasnt clear or bright enough I feel like I should of been made aware before product was made. Should of been given a preview!!! However if you are looking for a "silhouette" of your animals face then this hit a home run

If I could choose zero stars I would. I have not received my order. It's WAAAAY late and hasn't even been shipped yet according to the tracking number I was given. I have reached out to customer service twice and have gotten no response.
