Hello, I have not yet received an order placed November 24, shipped December 7. Tracking continues to state only “label created,” and I’ve outreaches to the company twice in attempts to resolve and never heard back. So excited about the product but lack of a direct customer support area is disappointing.

Never received my order for Christmas. Contacted customer service 3 times with no response.

Loved everything except one pair where the dogs face was too black so he looks like a blob. Not your fault however. Only wish I could have been able to preview the sock before order is processed! I do love them and they make a great gift!

SCAM ALERT - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SUPPORT. They will tell you your item is no longer available then have you go to a website to register for your refund. The website is for "Team Viewer" which is what our IT uses to gain remote access to your computer. If he had gotten access, he would have access to everything on my computer. Thank you so much PupSocks!!! your design and production team is topnotch! I purchased a blanket for a friend that was going to have eye surgery. I submitted pictures of her two dogs and hoped the design team would figure out a good way to arrange them on the blanket..... they did a phenomenal job! I was able to deliver the blanket to her the night before her surgery and she couldn't have been more delighted and pleased. She wore the blanket around her shoulders during the whole procedure and her recovery. Knowing her pups were keeping her warm and comforted meant the world to both of us. ❤️

I don't typically leave reviews, but in this case, I felt the need. I was very impressed with the product. The design process was simple. They edited my photo to fit the socks in just the way I asked. Product was affordable. Shipping time was reasonable. The final product turned out great. These are going to be fun to give at Christmas. Thanks!

I wanted to change the image to be printed on the socks so I emailed Pupsock immediately after I completed my purchase. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and told me it was too late to make any changes. I received the socks a couple of days ago and it wasn’t even my dog’s photo that was printed on the socks. They sent me the wrong item!

I have not yet received my order. The tracking says ready to ship and has been that way for 2 weeks. I have tried to contact Pupsocks and have never been responded to. Not a happy customer. Guess I will not have that Christmas present for my wife.
