Don’t trust this company
I ordered one pair of socks for my daughter for Christmas in November 23rd. The socks are very overpriced but I still ordered them- unfortunately I never saw them - they still have not arrived and it’s been 28 days ….and I get a million emails from them to push their other products- why would I order anything else? Can’t even get my original order.

Wrong order
I ordered 2 pair of custom socks as Christmas gifts and when I received them, one pair was correct and the other was the wrong design and pet (likely someone else’s order) I have contacted customer support 4 times over the last week and a half with no response. I understand holiday season is overwhelming for them I’m sure, but now I’m without a gift that I ordered over a month in advance. I do love the pair they got right though!

Save your self the headache and go elsewhere
I placed two orders with PupSocks despite being warned not to use them from close friends and others. First off there is Zero communication from the company. I attempted multiple times to contact them with no response. My main issue with PupSocks is the way they handle their orders. They claim the products are finished and send you a tracking number that will just sit for days and they claim its the postal service is at fault. I prefer be told when the product would actually arrive, regardless of how long it actually takes rather than constantly checking a tracking number for days on end with no updates. Just for reference, I placed an order, received a tracking number 5 days later. The tracking number stayed the same for another 5 days and now it shows that it might arrive in another 6 days. So over two weeks to get this product with no communication.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED THEM IN LESS THAN A MONTH. I have ordered PupSocks before and have been very pleased with the product. However, my recent orders did not ship for weeks after I was sent an email that they were complete. I have tried contacting their customer service 4 times without any response. It has now been 3 weeks since I received confirmation that they were complete and they still have not shipped

Disappointing service
I ordered 3 pairs of socks on December 10th in hopes of giving them as Christmas presents. When there was no update to my order after a week, I emailed the the company for an order status and estimated shipping date to which I have still not received a reply (it has been >72 hours which is what the website states could be the response time). It is now December 21st and it is highly unlikely that the order will arrive by christmas. I have previously ordered from this company over a year ago and absolutely loved the product, but now am greatly disappointed in the lack of communication and long response time. It's understandable that products can be delayed during the busy holiday season, but that needs to be communicated so that customers can make an informed decision and choose a different company who would be more reliable.
