I placed an order in November, knowing it would run late. but the custom socks I ordered were not of the picture I uploaded. I reached out to their got questions popup and it said they would get back to me in 72hrs

I ordered a blanket for my friend's birthday with 3 different photos of her beloved pup, Ruby on it. The blanket is a nice light weight fleece and the print of the 3 photos came through excellent - looks just like Ruby even on a fleece fabric. She is thrilled with it! She said it was the best birthday present ever! (apologies to her husband!) :)

I placed an order in November. It took a while but finally received my product. The blanket was fine. I was not at all happy with the socks. I sent an email the first week of December with no reply. I sent another email the second week of December with an automatic response that someone would respond in 72 hours. After a week I sent another concern with the automatic responses somebody would reply in 72 hours. It is now been two and a half weeks no response to my concerns no phone number to contact them and no resolution to my problem. Go somewhere else.

I did not receive socks with the picture I submitted of my friend's pug. I received socks with cats on them. I emailed, but no answer from the company. I was hoping to give the socks as a gift for Christmas. Now I don't have a gift to give.

We still haven’t received the socks. They were purchased on 11/9!!!

The blanket I bought as a Christmas present is absolutely adorable and is so soft! I can't wait for him to see it.

Do not let this company take your money, they messed up everything that could have been messed up with the design, shipping, and then they refuse to communicate with me to make it right. I customer designed some cool socks with my dogs face and a background of my choosing. Was looking forward to them being a christmas gift for my brother. It took a long time to ship and when I finally got them they are completely the wrong dog and design. Its some random stock dog with an army print background. Nothing like what I designed and paid for. I emailed them for support a week ago and they dont even respond.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed order last week of November, blanket and three pairs of socks. After waiting over three weeks only the blanket was delivered, although, I was charged for the three pair of socks. I have reached out multiple times via email and NO RESPONSE!!! This company is a SCAM and I have notified PayPal.
