The process to upload the image and create the order was very easy. Unfortunately the quality of the image printed on the sock was awful. The majority of my dog's face was completely black. I could not see even a semblance of the features on the right side of his face. It was literally solid black. It would have been helpful to have an option to see a proof of the image before printed and then let me be allowed to decide if it was acceptable, as it obviously was not. It took nearly a month to get the pair of socks and now it is too late to get another picture before Christmas

This company is awful. It took exactly 1 month a 1 day for my order to show up, with repeated requests for an update as to where my order was. The results are hilariously terrible-- I asked them to make sure to lighten up the image of my dog a bit as she's a black dog, and I wanted the features of her face to show up. They darkened her pic into a black blob. So I got my husband cardboard-like blue socks with black blobs on them for Xmas. Will be pursuing a refund.

I ordered and paid for a blanket with 2 dog faces that I uploaded. I received the blanket with only 1 face. Multiple attempts over the past week to get this addressed has not received any response at all. Update .....They eventually reached out and tried 3 more times to fulfill my order of a 2 face blanket. Each time I received the exact same 1 face blanket. At this point I have given up all confidence they can get this right. So disappointing!

SOOOO adorable, and the socks are soft and high quality. I can't wait to see the faces of the recipients at Christmas!!

I cannot express enough my disappointment in receiving only a partial order. My initial order was placed on November 23, 2021. I received the order and only 1 of 3 items was enclosed. I immediately contacted customer service via email and through the customer service tab on the order page. I have sent 6 total inquiries and have not received a response. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will never order anything from this company ever again.

Ordered from Facebook advertising as Xmas delivery . Way as to order & upload pics & create custom order, very happy waiting to surprise my puppy made niece for Xmas. Ordered 11/11/21 chased as was shipped on 14/11/21 very fast service …. Now 21/12/21 still not left the US. Been travelling round US facility to facility not even left US not going to make it for Xmas here in NZ. Everything takes longer now, promise of delivery fit Xmas was a bit over ambitious of them.

I placed an order on 12-4-21 for Christmas gifts. I received confirmation of my order right away. Last week after my order status still saying in progress I sent an email for an update. I got a reply that I would hear back in 72 hours. No response. I sent another email & a chat bot message. Still no response. Not very happy & afraid I may never get the order I paid for.

I ordered my socks in November and never received them. Emailed the company several times with no results. Requested my money back but never received a response. Don’t order from them!! I should have read the reviews first before ordering.
