Ordered socks for my wife in mid-November for Christmas. It is 12/21 and I'm still waiting. I guess I can forget about that expectation. Not happy. Order # 2610599 and then # 2696431.

I was not happy with my experience at all. I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered 2 pairs of socks with dogs on them and one pair was correct, but the other pair was a completely random dog that I have no idea who’s it is. I reached out to Pupsocks FOUR times asking to get either the correct pair sent to us, or a full refund for the second pair but no one has ever gotten back to me. I am beyond upset with them as their customer service is very poor.

You only sent one of three pairs of socks I ordered almost a month ago. I tried to contact you two different ways and I’m still waiting to hear back. These were Christmas gifts and now I can’t give out any of them because they didn’t arrive. I’m super disappointed and don’t plan to order again because you didn’t deliver on your promise. For what these cost, the customer service is terrible. If I don’t hear soon, I’ll have no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Zero communication on status of order for 2 weeks. Have sent multiple emails inquiring with no response. Order placed November 28, notified of shipment December 6 via UPSMailInnovations. 2 weeks, no update, not confident I will receive in time for Christmas. I do not recommend doing business with PupSocks. Will be requesting refund.

I have sent several emails with no response, I ordered three pairs of socks and only received 1 pair. They have not responded to any of my emails, I looked up the address on google and it is not a business. I researched information on this company only to find that they have multiple Better Business Bureau requests and strikes against them. I am out over a $100 on my order. Very upsetting and not happy at all with this service, it is a shame that this company plays with peoples expectations and feelings by putting their hopes up with putting their pets or loved ones on socks only to be let down. I am going to be posting and asking of Amazon why they are allowing a company like this sell on their website.

I absolutely love my blanket! Easy to order, reasonably priced, and great quality. The photos came out better than I had hoped for, and the blanket itself is so soft and cozy! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could review with 0 stars I would. Ordered 12/2, shipped 12/11, it's 12/21 and it hasn't moved. No phone listed, 3 emails to customer service, a FB DM and multiple complaints in the comments threads. My order was $150 and I am beyond furious that my Santa gifts will not be here...horrible reviews. So pissed I got lured in to this if my card number has been stolen. Absolute thieves.
