Absolutely terrible customer support. There was an issue with my order at shipping which I tried to contact support about several times over and never received a response. When a package did finally show up, it was not the blanket I ordered or my dog on the blanket. I have also tried reaching out several times about the wrong item and have continued to be ignored. Over the course of 2 weeks I have tried to contact support 5 times and have not heard anything back from them.

Totally ridiculous! Poor customer service. Still waiting on my 2 pair of socks I ordered on December 4th. So much for the Christmas gift, NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Customer service is very responsive and helpful, I wanted to track and order and they responded kindly and promptly. Order fulfilled and super fun!

The photo on the socks looks perfect & the socks are so comfortable! Best place to get custom socks right now.

Unfortunately the final product was a disappointment. The image was very dark and you really couldn't make out any of the dogs features. I wish they would have let me know - i would have sent in another picture.

I was really excited to order these socks for my partner as we have a 10 month old puppy but I have to say when I received them I was really disappointed. The picture I sent was really clear but when I got the socks her face is really quite dark. I hate to say this but I am not impressed with the quality of the socks. I thought they were really cute in the pictures but mine didn’t turn out so cute. ☹️ Would not order again.

Ordered over a month ago no sign of my product customer service ignores just took my money theives

Disappointed and Upset....to say the least!! I placed an order on Dec 1st and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. What i didn't know was that Pup Socks cut corners and used an alternative delivery service that doesn't understand the concept of delivery. The package has been sitting in post office somewhere in a town i've never heard of since 12/16/21. I've emailed several times and have gotten no response. The only speedy process with pup socks is how quickly they take your money.....replies and deliveries can take several weeks.....if your lucky to even receive it. I believe that Christmas will come and go this year and i will not have received a reply, a package or a refund. VERY UPSET
