just bad our dog was unreconizable on the socks. I sent several emails inquiring about a refund or replacement and received no answer

I left pretty detailed requests about the designs on two pair of socks and what I received in the mail didn't seem to take them into account at all. Some of the printed images were so grainy you can't see the animal's features. Wish I would've had some communication if any confusion or anticipated problems like this so we could've changed the images and gotten the cropping job right... the recipients still got a kick out of them but not worth $30+ that I paid for each pair.

Poor contrast. I have a black and brown doggo and his facial features are barely visible on the socks. The pictures are vlear, but it just didn't transfer well to the fabric.

Unfortunately I have not received an order that was placed one month ago. It took customer service 5 days to respond to my email (which is the only way to contact them): They give 3 options: a replacement, a store credit, or refund MINUS customization fee. So, I can’t even get a full refund for an item never received. It makes no sense. Issue a replacement and a refund - that is how you take care of and keep a customer. Now, I await their response again. I have no idea if I’ll ever receive this item. Highly disappointed and will not order from this company again.

Won't arrive for Xmas even though I ordered at the end of November! I woudn't advise anyone order from this site to ship outside of the states. Better to use a more local supplier despite what it may look like from all the pupsocks ads on instagram. There was no indication when booking that delivery would take this long. No reply to an email to customer service
