NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS. EMAILED 3 TIMES AND NEVER HEARD BACK 0 STARS TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GET BUSINESS AGAIN

So disappointed I ordered socks but when I received them they were the wrong picture and color. I emailed the issue with a copy of the original confirmation and a picture of the new socks, I have not heard anything other than someone would get back to me in 72 hours. It’s been a week. I did order a blanket and another pair of socks which are cute just wish someone could help with the original issue.

Seriously? This whole company is on autopilot. They want me to review the order I STILL haven't received! Ordered Nov 27th..3 spam emails a day to order more.. Says shipped Dec 8th... Today is the 22nd and the UPS tracking number still says that it is "READY for pickup" to be shipped. Emailed them the 17th and still no response. Review? I want my money back.

Can’t review something I haven’t received

Placed order for 3 Xmas gifts on December 4th, with website saying "guaranteed delivery for Christmas". Received email on December 20, saying shipped. However, company used UPS Innovation, which is really handing off to US Postal which doesn't provide accurate tracking. Contacted company on 12/22 and received email saying due to high volume will take 72 hours for a response. Clearly company was overwhelmed and rather take the $ and miss its commitments vs. cut off orders so it can meet commitments.>>>Update 12/29 - Order came in late, after Christmas... cheap fabric, pictures were not edited well, and colors poor. Would not order again. Bad product experience on all counts.

super awesome gift idea, my wife loved them! order to receipt was pretty long, not what was said in ad, but got here in time for the holidays. overall great experience!

First off I only received 3 out of 4 pairs of the socks I’ve ordered. Second I emailed them immediately and sent pictures of what I did receive along with the packaging and have never heard back from them. Finally the socks are the most awful quality I’ve ever seen. The pictures are tinted weird making one of my dogs look half pink and the fabric is a weird satiny feeling that I’ve never seen other socks in. At this point I’ve paid almost $100 for three pairs of gag-gift socks that will likely be tried on on Christmas morning and then never worn again.
