I ordered a pair of socks in early November and they barely arrived in time for Christmas. When the socks did arrive, they had a snag on the front which was very visible. After reaching out to customer service twice, I have yet to hear back. I do not recommend this company.

I placed an order almost a month ago for five pair of nearly identical socks. (Same pup, same image on all five pair.) They supposedly shipped two weeks ago but the tracking number is not valid. Questions to customer support have gone unanswered. I'm about to give up and go to my credit card company for a refund.

1/5/22 - update to previous post. I was contacted and refunded the price of my order. They reordered and sent the correct product. It is very nice and I was pleased with the product once received. Original post: I was sent the wrong item. I have reached out by email, chat and Facebook and no one has contacted me to let me know if the “Christmas present” I ordered for someone is even on its way. My order was placed no. November 29th. I received socks with the wrong dog pictures on them on December 20th. So disappointed.

I am so glad we found PupSocks for special gifts for our dog sitter for Christmas! We got a fleece blanket with 2 of our pups' faces on it. The blanket is SUPER soft and fluffy. I couldn't stop feeling it! The reason for only 4 stars is that both faces seemed darker than in the images sent. Not a big deal as you can still see them clearly, just wish it wasn't so dark. Overall great company with fast completion and shipping too! I will be ordering more gifts in the future.

The mask is not Adult size. I sent an email to customer service about how small it is as soon as it arrived almost two weeks ago and they have not replied.

Happy with the quality of the product, took a little longer to be delivered than I expected but it arrived before Christmss so I am pleased. Bought as a gift for a friend so hope she will be happy to see her furry friends on a pair of socks! I also love that the money goes to a good cause. The only improvement i would recommend to the service is before shipping show customers an image of the finished product.

These socks are so cute! My pup’s face was captured perfectly. I know my husband will love this Christmas gift!!
