Very cute but the fit was odd and no one will wear them. Nice idea though.

Hi Sammie, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am so happy that we were able to give your secret Santa a cherished gift. It is always hard when your fur baby passes over the Rainbow Bridge. This will be a beautiful memory and you are a great friend to think of something so kind-hearted and beautiful. Thank you and it was our pleasure to help you make that beautiful tribute to their fur baby. Betsy The PupSocks Team

Ordered during the christmas rush. 2 of the pairs I ordered were incorrect, but once I got ahold of someone in customer service, they sent me both corrected pairs for no cost to me. Everything is perfect now, and I can totally recommend them.

Very cute socks. The pictures on the socks are great - 5 stars. Only issue is the fit of the sock. Probably due to printing, but the socks are really just long tubes - the heel is printed on, but there is no articulation at the ankle.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew, who just lost his dog. It came out beautifully! Love, love it.

The order was placed in November 2021 and has still not arrived. I want my money back! [Order #2622014] (November 18, 2021)

So the socks came quickly and the quality is great but the picture of my dog was printed way darker than the picture I sent in and you can’t see his face well. Also, realized I entered the wrong address shortly after ordering and they provided a customer service option to get the address changed but the socks still got sent to the wrong address.

I HIGHLY discourage anyone from exposing themselves to the frustrations and utter incompetence of this company. I ordered several pairs of socks, in various sizes, and despite three attempts at getting it correct, they failed to deliver the products ordered. Their final "solution" was to offer a partial store credit for a future purchase - which they can't fulfill. If you have time on your hands and want to experience a challenge with a faceless company (there is no phone number to contact them), then by all means, place an order and prepare to be disappointed and frustrated with their approach to "customer service."
