The socks are adorable. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the length of time to get them. Almost a month. Have not gifted them yet will do at Christmas.

Awful from the start. I placed my order on November 13th and received it on December 20th. Emailed several times during the process (December 3rd, 5th, and 7th) and finally heard back from them on December 8th. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but if they are going to say, "We'll get back to you within 24 hours" and you hear nothing for 5 days, that's a bit disheartening. They said everything was on track to be delivered before Christmas and they were correct. However, I did not receive the product that I ordered. I uploaded a clear picture of my girlfriend's cat that met their guidelines and received a pair of socks with a generic cat on them. I requested a refund and that I not have to pay for returning their item because it was their mistake and have not heard anything back as of yet. There are a ton of companies that perform these types of services and I will be using them from now on.

I was overall happy with my ordering experience, although I anticipated the order arriving sooner; from the day I ordered it ended up taking around three weeks to arrive.

Very disappointed in the quality of the socks. Also the photos came out so dark on the transfer that both of my cats look the same, even though one is a blue point and the other is a seal point. Given how much I paid, I expected much more. I was excited to gift these to my kids for Christmas, now I feel like I have to apologize for how bad they look. I doubt they’ll wear them.

These socks greatly exceeded my expectations! The pictures of my two cats were perfectly cropped and the picture quality on the fabric is wonderful. My little boy will be shocked to see these in his Christmas stocking!

The image on the sock came out all black. Granted it was of a black cat, but it would have been nice if at some point during the processes I was contacted about the image being too dark. Then I could have given a lighter picture that would have printed better.

CROOKS! Took my money, told me the items would arrive in 8-10 business days. Well, it's well beyond that timing and still no delivery nor shipping information. I never would have ordered the products if I had known it would take so long. NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sent multiple emails with no response. No phone number listed. Charges $9 per item to cancel the order, even if the items don't arrive! AVOID THIS COMPANY.
