I was very much satisfied with the socks! Got them faster than I thought. My only little peeve was that I was asked to complete a survey before my delivery arrived! I thought I had missed the delivery. But customer service responded promptly to assure me I did not.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks, all with the same dogs face. I received my order, and only ONE of the 3 pairs had my dogs face. The other 2 socks were not of my dog! I contacted the company and have not heard back. These were also for Christmas, so now I will have to come up with a different plan.

Update: I received them on Christmas Eve. They were super cute. I just wish they hadn’t taken over a month to get them to me. Seeing that I still have not received the socks, I’d say my rating is low. I ordered them over a month ago. My money is out of my account. The details for delivery still say “not available”.

The socks I ordered with my dogs face on them came out so cute! They were better than I even expected! My husband will be pleasantly surprised when he finds them in his Christmas stocking!

I ordered two socks for my dog and received one correct sock and another of the wrong dog and sock. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. I reached out last week.

Wrong product, poor quality, ZERO communication after purchase. I just chargebacked my cc but most are not this lucky. Horrible to scam people at Christmas time.

We have a light-haired dog, yet the sock prints of our dog sent to us were completely black. Basically the print looks like a silhouette of our dog. SUPER LOW QUALITY. This was a huge disappointment and not as advertised. In my opinion, this was not worth the money at all.

Considering I have never received my order which was placed on 11/29 and I have contacted the company on five different occasions (email, FB and FB messenger) and have yet to receive an actual response from a member of your company this is why I am giving you a bad review. If I had my product and or at least had been contacted by a staff member my outlook on your company would be better. At this point I would never order from you again let alone recommend your company to a friend or enemy. Valerie Foust
