I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. I ordered 8 Christmas gifts November 15. It's now Dec 23 and my order seems to be lost. I emailed the company 3 days ago and no response. Super bummed about the gifts.

Dear Todd Stephenson, can we talk about how your LLC has an F rating with the BBB for multiple complaints about your products and customer service? Facebook is full of unhappy customers who haven't received their products ordered. Admittedly I am one of them, and I have tried to reach out to your customer service team multiple times for an update. It seems that you, and Zach Zelner are more concerned with a social media presence than that of customer service thus I am going this route to inform others that the Georgia based @gopupsocks has a D rating with the BBB and your parent LLC in Florida known as The Pup Collection is rated F. Beyond this, I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back. As well, I am considering action in my local small claims court for pain and suffering and loss related to my items not making it before Christmas and ruining my holiday and causing undo stress to me. Per my local statues, if successful (and I have been successful before in my local small claims) this maxes out at $3500. Nice chunk of change for a $55 blanket not being shipped. Also thanks for blocking me on Instagram when I tried to reach out to Todd Stephenson for help. This makes great case evidence. Please be advised I will continue to be very vocal of my displeasure of this company and attempt to negate any positive social media presense you attempt to build from this point forward. #dogsofinstagram #doggosdoingthings #scammersofinstagram #dogsofatlanta #dogsofclearwater #scamalert #scam #doghealth #healthypups #scammeralert #happydoggo #atlantadogs #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife #entrepreneurship #scamalert #doglover #dogsoffacebook #dogsofinsta #dogsrule #FacebookSCAM #scammersofFacebook #dogdadsofinstagram #dogdad #forbes #forbesmagazine @sockpapi @ZachZelner

Literally never received the order and it’s been over a month. Also never received an email from the company when I inquired about where my order was. The tracking number I received was not a real tracking number.

Absolutely awful when it comes to communication. Package was lost in shipping, emailed via website, direct email, and finally via PayPal, with zero replies. This was going to be a special present for my child of their newest pet for Christmas. But thanks to poor communication skills from pupsocks, this will never be.

The socks are cheap and the picture of our dog was very dark. They took a long time to arrive. I would not purchase again. Two stars rather than one because I wasn’t really expecting high quality, but it was not even as expected.

Well I’ve contacted customer service several times without hearing from anyone back. Supposedly my purchase shipping out on Dec 8 and I have yet to receive it which was suppose to be a Christmas present. Customer service is horrible because you send out and email saying someone will be in touch in about 72 hours or so yet it’s been a week and nothing

The sock fabric was bright rainbow and the face of my cat was not. It is her face bit it looks shadowed Grey and does not match with the bright of the sock fabric. I will not order again. If the picture could not be clear I would have expected communication to inform me prior to printing.

The blankets are cute but small. I thought I was supporting a made in the USA business the blankets are made in China. Don't pay for different pictures because they all look the same. Kids will love them but totally overpriced for what they are.
