I placed an order on November 27th but it never was delivered despite of receiving an email as “completed”. Since then, I have been sending emails to the customer service team but I have not received any response. I will never order again.

I received an incomplete order so I reached out to customer service. It has been 6 days and I have not been contacted by PupSocks to resolve the issue. I have sent 3 emails with no response.

Bought as a gift but was really impressed how they turned out and also loved the type of sock.

Product is of poor quality I would say that this review is not only about the product itself, but of the customer service. I have a black dog, and what it ended up looking like on the sock was a black blob. They did not come into contact with us regarding the quality of what it would look like, nor did they provide a proof once you submitted it. Both email addresses that I tried contacting to let them know of their misprint, didn't exist. I even left a message on their website through their contact and never received anyone contacting me back. Overall, I wouldn't purchase from here ever again, quality is bad, but the customer service is somehow worse because it's nonexistent.

I know it is the holiday but I placed an Order on November 25th and did not receive the order until December 22nd. However, the worst part was not the wait time but the lack of communication. I received 16 emails with promotional information but not one response from customer service about where my item was. How could it possibly take almost a month to complete my order? There are so many other companies who create socks like this but I want to take advantage of your give back to humane societies.

The socks’ pictures are cute but I was disappointed with how shiny and stiff the socks themselves are. They feel more like compression hose. Was hoping for something more cozy and plush for the price

Shipping took a little while and a pair of socks were a little pricey but definitely worth it to have my puppy on my socks!
