Still waiting on my order Placed 3 weeks ago and still has net shipped Def won’t be recommending them anytime soon

The socks look great but they were not exactly what I expected. I wanted two dog faces and I did not know that I had to send a picture of just the dog. My wife's face is also on the socks since she was in one of the pictures. I thought they would just crop out the dog and not include her.

I ordered a size women’s medium and they were huge. My daughter wears a 7 1/2 shoe size and the socks didn’t fit at all. That was disappointing.

The image printed on the socks I ordered was so dark that you could not even see the dogs face. The picture sent was clear and bright, so I am disappointed that the socks were printed with what just looks like a shadow. I reached out to the company over a week ago, letting them know I would be more than happy to send them back for a refund as they were a Christmas present and a new pair wouldn’t arrive in time. I have still not heard back.

This is my second time using pup socks and they're really the perfect gift for the pet owner who is hard to shop for.

They are really well made and cute, but I don’t like the material. It doesn’t seem comfortable. But I know my parents will be thrilled to have Buddy on their socks!

HI There I received my order Dec 22, 2021. I was so excited, but when I opened the package I was disappointed to see that the full head shot was not included on the socks ordered, as well, the quality of the socks is horrible. They feel almost like a plastic material. Very disappointed.

The website is a little difficult to figure out when it comes to ordering but the masks were ordered look great and are of good quality. The picture was cropped to perfection!
