I was disappointed in the way the socks are made. They do not fit like regular socks. I will probably not wear them because they aren’t comfortable. I think there needs to be improvements made. They were too big and the material bunched up at my ankle and was uncomfortable. I will give a 5 star rating for the image of my dog, though…it was spot on!

I ordered two pairs of socks with two different dog's pictures for my twin grandchildrens' birthday. The first pair that arrived looked good but the picture on the second pair is so dark that it is difficult to make out the features of the dog. I wrote to PupSocks and received a message back stating that someone would get in touch with me. That was five days ago, and I've heard nothing. I realize that it is Christmas week but my grandchildrens' birthday in one week from today and I am stuck with an unsatisfactory product.

They obviously don’t read customer service complaints. They sent this survey asking how they did without ever responding to my complaint. Poor quality, did not follow printing instructions, took for everything to receive!

Found a pup socks ad on Facebook and can’t wait for family to see the socks and blanket we got them for Christmas tomorrow! The quality of the socks and the blanket was not quite what we were expecting, but the timing and service from pup socks made up for that.

PupSocks is a great concept, but it may be a scam. I ordered two items, the less expensive one came, the more expensive one never shipped. I’ve sent multiple messages to the customer service team but heard nothing. It was a holiday gift and I ordered a month ago. The one item I got is great - but the overall experience has been poor. I paid for the other item and received nothing. Happy to change this rating if anyone ever gets back to me.

Ordering process was pretty easy, including uploading pictures. Ordered as Christmas gifts and I think my family will love their socks. Will be ordering more for other family members.
