I thought they would have a bigger image. I thought the socks would at least be comfortable, well-made socks. Quite disappointed, ESPECIALLY for the price.

These socks are so thin and really dont feel like socks at all. When they are stretched a little the picture of the dog is totally distorted. I was very unhappy with the quality and would not suggest anyone order from here.

One of the dogs' faces was pitch black. This was supposed to be a special Christmas present and part of Christmas was ruined. We would have happily submitted a new pic if that was necessary. It took almost a month to get them from the time ordered, so there was no time to fix it. I've ordered before without issue, but I'll never order again.

Terrible customer service. Pupsocks ordered November 14, not shipped until December 11 and still not received the order #2614307. I shall not be recommending your business to anyone.

I ordered custom socks of my dog for a Christmas present. I ordered them in early December and just received the order. When I opened the package, however, I found socks with a random (very cute but nonetheless random) cat on them. When I reached out to customer service, I did not receive a response for a few days and when I asked them if it would be possible to get a refund or get new ones shipped in time for Christmas, I was blocked from their email address.

Product so cute but very disappointed it took a full month to receive - ordered in Nov and didn’t receive until 12/21

Pros: Product as mostly described Helpful support team (once they get to you) images are printed well and can stretch without damage (so far) Cons: Took over a month from time of order to leaving the facility (I was partially refunded for the delay) Images appear dark on the socks Socks are a bit of a weird material, not the fleecy kind I was expecting

Like others have posted, I ordered Dec 8 with a promised shipping timeline of 3-5 after production. Looks like the label was printed on Dec 15 but product didn't move until Dec 20 where UPS acknowledged receipt. 12/22 item transferred to USPS where it sits for eternity. An easy way to p1ss off all of your customers it to use UPS Innovations/USPS. Guaranteed to be late or lost. This was supposed to be a Christmas present with which there was plenty of time to deliver and they failed. Will be requesting a refund for item not received.
