I ordered on 12/03/21. On 12/10/21 the app said it was sent to USPS but when you tap the blue tracking code it was actually sent to UPS. When I originally ordered the website said 8-10 business days. I understand it is the holidays but now it says it will not be here till 12/28/21. 25 days later is ridiculous especially since I have sent several requests to figure out my order. So you asked for a useful review... call your customers when asked to rectify situations so I don't have to leave a bad review. 6 Christmas presents... sad.

So far I have not had a good experience with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of socks on November 18th, and hadn't received any emails about the status of the order. I had to reach out 2 weeks later with an email inquiring and the next day they sent an email saying the items shipped. Then, I completely got the wrong pair of socks. I had customized them and I received a pair that was not mine at all. I sent a message on the website on Dec 15th which says they usually respond in 72 hours, and they haven't even handled my issues yet. I sent another one on the 20th and also emailed but still, no response :/ was a gift for a friend and I am disappointed In the customer service and how the order was handled. Can't find a number to call either. Sucks

Definitely the slowest turn around and shipping. Ordered these on November 20th, as a Christmas gift, and they are STILL not here on Christmas Eve. After emailing the company 4x I finally got a response saying they shipped my socks a month after placing the order. I would not recommend these socks or this company to anyone.

Terrible! Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I have an autistic son who lost a dog to old age. This blanket I ordered was to be his BIG gift for Christmas, his beloved dog’s face all over the largest blanket that was available to order. I ordered this blanket on 12/3. Shipped 5 days later, pending approval from our own local post office since the 17th. Zero updates since. There’s no one to call, no one replied to my emails. I’m so pissed. My son is going to be heartbroken. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

My order came 28 days later then your website says. The material is so cheap and my digs image is a bad print on my socks. Customer service needs much improvement. Very disappointed with a $31 pair of socks.
