Ordered 4 weeks ago. Got one email the same day indicating the order was received. then nothing from them. They said it would come in before Xmas. it didnt. They didnt even start processing the order. And then we just went to cancel it....and low and behold...they charge $9 cancellation service fee per item....even though they didnt start making it,t hey did nothing. We had ordered 6 items...so they just made $54 for literally doing nothing. this is a scam business. Do not order from them. Call your credit card company to cancel the charge.

I never received my order! Tried to contact you and got no response.

I bought two pairs of socks but one of the pair had the print very bad made. Ot was too dark and you were not able to see my dog's face properly. I filled the form for the printing issues like a week ago but Im still yet to recive a response. Not happy at all.

Just not the quality I expected. The material is strange too— like a neck tie. Not sure that the people I’m gifting them to will wear them. Super cute concept though.

The puppy's picture quality on the socks is so dark and really crappy. I was so embarrassed I almost didn't even want to give the socks as a gift. Total waste of money. The material of the socks themselves is not great either.

It's Christmas eve and my order never arrived. .. every day the tracking said it would arrive by 9pm, and NOTHING. I'm so disappointed.
