I really thought pics I provided of my black and brown dog would be ok but my socks look like white socks with black polka dots. If I had been sent mock up then I could have either provided different pic with better light or canceled my order. Material of socks are low quality. Should have read reviews before ordering. Definitely did not give as Christmas gift. Threw away

The product is awesome, looked a lot better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Took a little bit to arrive, but it's obvious that they have a process that's pretty sophisticated. I'm totally happy with the results, will defininately purchase again!

Loved the idea of ordering from a company that benefited animals. I downloaded a picture of my sister in law’s dog and requested a pair of socks. I received confirmation of the order with the picture I requested. Instead I received socks with cats. I understand mistakes happen but I have yet to hear back about the wrong order after emailing and sending a message via Facebook 6 days ago. Simply looking for a reimbursement at this point.

Terrible outcome, my one request was to make sure my dogs beard was in the picture, and it was cut completely off. Been sending emails to inquire about changing it, they are completely ignored. So now I write a review, we'll see if they respond.
