Socks paid for a month ago and they never sent them!

I placed my order a month ago. I have no updates but I get daily sales emails. How about processing my order? If I ever get them I’ll be happy but I think I just lost $20….. very disappointed.

Excellent quality and a fun, unique surprise for gift recipients.

I placed an order on 12/04, received a shipping notification on 12/10 with a tracking number. After a week or so without any kind of update I contacted UPS. They notified me that they only received and electronic notification of the order, no product. I have attempted to contact Pupsocks twice since then for some type of update, no response. It is now 12/26. No product or updates.

This review is not only for the product, which was excitedly received on Christmas morning, but especially for service by the PupSocks staff. After my first order was shipped but lost in the mail, the PupSocks staff responded quickly and placed an order for a new pair of socks which arrived on Christmas Eve, I appreciate the extra effort to correct a problem which was beyond their control.

Great product, more than happy! Shipping was a bit slow, though. Afford on the 12th, didn't show up until the 23rd. It just made it for Christmas!! Quality was great, and the recipient loved it!

The quality of the socks was very different than how they appear on the website. I ordered the appropriate size and the socks DO NOT fit the person they were gifted to. All around very frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping and the socks are ADORABLE!!!! Definitely a highlight of our son’s Christmas!
