These socks exceeded my expectations! And those expectations were pretty high to begin with! I ordered two pairs of socks in Late November and even with the holiday crunch and nationwide shipping issues, the socks got to me in a timely manner and were made with extreme quality! Communication between me and PupSocks about the products' printing and shipment was attentive and professional. I have already begun to order another 2 pairs of socks for other people and am so happy with my experiences with PupSocks! <3

You told me my order did not go through. So I ordered again. Then both went through. So frustrating, so I paid for the same socks twice. And also the quality of the socks is so cheap. Sadly will not order again.

The sock quality is ultra cheap quality and the image of my dog is horrible. Just beware of what you’re getting.

I couldn’t believe how real the two dog faces were that you put on the socks. They were a present for my daughter in law. She almost cried and held the the whole entire time we opened our gifts. That you so much.

Picture of my weimaraner was smaller than I thought, I requested that more of the dogs body was to be shown, didn't happen.

I did not receive the right pair of socks and have not heard back from customer service.

You scammed me of my money, I never received my product. No one from your “customer service” team has responded to me. I asked for a refund and no one has responded.

Not sure why I need to fill this out
