very fast turn around.

Ordered OVER a month ago to avoid Christmas delays and shipment still has not arrived as of 12/27. Submitted an email for customer service and still no response. Will not order from Pup Socks again!

I received an empty envelope & have contacted this company 3 times with no response. I’ve never seen worse customer service. Maybe it’s all a fraud.

The image came out really dark, you can’t even tell it’s a photo. Looks like a silhouette. Disappointed on the outcome.

My order was received with plenty of enough time to be received by Christmas. But the poor shipping method of having UPS pick up to bring to a facility for USPS to pick up is horrible. The order shipped on 12/11 and has been sitting in limbo with no tracking updates since 12/15. Today is 12/27 and it is still sitting. I tried to email Pup Socks about it and the email comes back undeliverable. This is not a good business to deal with.

I purchased these as a Christmas present, and my daughter was thrilled with the socks! Very cute, and nice quality for the fabrice

Unfortunately our photo didn't turn out well on the sock and you can't see our pups face. The material of the sock is not our favorite either.

I ordered Pup Socks for my husband for Christmas and they turned out amazing!! It was a super simple process to get them ordered (the most difficult part was getting our dog to sit still long enough to take a good photo), and the design options are really adorable. The wait time took a little longer than anticipated, but it was my own fault for waiting until December 1st to order them. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again in the future!
