I think this is hilarious that I’m asked to give a review when I still haven’t received my order. I ordered Dec 1 and have emailed several times and only received one respond (I believe it was an auto generated response). The next day I received a shipping label that was created by still hasn’t shipped. I have sent yet another email asking for a full refund. If I don’t receive the refund I will go through my payment processor and report it as a scam.

Never received and got someone else’s order. Unable to get through to customer service

I loved the way all the faces looked but it did not come out as bright and vibrant as I expected/wanted. The pictures I sent, in my opinion, were not dark so maybe take into account the brightness and saturation on your images before placing your order.

Great quality

Still no socks almost 4 weeks after I ordered and paid for them. Their email 2 weeks ago said the socks were shipped, but when I click on the tracking number, status still just says “ready for pickup.” Poor to downright misleading communication. I now find Better Business Bureau complaints against them for lack of delivery. Do not order from this company!

I was between a 3 & 4 really. The print on the socks is accurate and very cute, however the type of sock was not what I expected. (I’m not sure how to explain it, but there’s like what looks like tiny little holes all over the socks? They aren’t actual “holes” but just strange looking.) I guess I was just expecting regular cotton socks with the print. They are definitely different than that. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered them long before Christmas, and they shipped out on December 9th, however I never received them until December 28th. I realize this is some sort of shipping issue and not necessarily any fault of the company. Perhaps shipping a different method would be more reliable? Not sure, but I ordered a ton of stuff for Christmas this year, and these were the only item not arriving in a timely fashion.

The design and implementation of the pictures I sent in are fantastic. But I do wish the socks themselves are higher quality, they aren't shaped like a normal sock to fit on your foot. I don't think my wife will wear them, but she got a kick out of them for sure.

I ordered my socks for my GF on Dec 11,2021. According to their shipping information, it takes anywhere from 5-15 days. Not only did I not receive it by Christmas but it is now the 28th, and I still have not received it. If I had known it would not arrive on time, I would have never ordered these. To go along with this, I have tried to connect with someone online and it has been over 20 hours and still no response. Horrible experience for some over priced socks.
