Very good thank you

The material of the socks is weird and they didn’t follow my written directions :(

I'll start with the positive: The socks look amazing. The graphics are crisp and a perfect reproduction of the image we sent in. The background of the image was masterfully removed, leaving an A+ pet portrait. Our daughter literally gasped and squealed in delight when she realized it was her cat on the socks. But the socks are truly uncomfortable. They have seams that run down their length on the outside edges. It's a noticeable and awkward bulge that only becomes worse when worn with shoes. Turnaround time to delivery was fine. It wasn't as fast as ordering an off-the-shelf product, of course, but was perfectly reasonable for a bespoke product. In retrospect, I wish we would have gone with a blanket.

Absolutely excellent....such a hit for our 15 year old to see his dog on these socks and excellent quality. 5 stars for sure

Sock material and fit is a bit uncommon, not as tapered as a typical sock. Printing job is great though.

disappointed would be an understatement. ordered 12/7, shipped (allegedly) 12/17. nothing received. no update, nothing. just a tracking number that says a shipping date will be given shortly. it's now 12/28 and nothing. no response to the nearly half dozen emails I have sent because there is no phone number. Was a Christmas gift. not sure if this will garner a reply. but there will be negative reviews until resolved.

The blanket was, overall, quite delightful. I think I delivered a challenging photo to use, in that it was a profile of my brown leopard-print Bengal cat in pose doing a big-cat roar. Furthermore, I chose a design that overlaid that pose all over the blanket in different sizes. The result was superb: it looked like a RealTree brand camo pattern, except it was my cat! My only (minor) disappointment was that the photo placement left about a half-dozen fist-sized blank white blanket spots in various places on the blanket. While these white spots diminish the effect a bit, I sure didn't do the PupSocks staff any favors with the photo I chose, so I certainly don't fault them! Thanks for a great blanket; it made a welcome Christmas gift.

The pictures were dark. I thought there would have been some kind of proof approval prior to producing them.
