I ordered two pair of pupsocks as gifts. Both are great and the recipients loved them. I ordered on or around November 19th and did not receive them until Dec December 24th. They arrived much later than I had hoped or expected, I'm not sure if it was due to production or shipping. Overall is was a good experience, fairly easy to order and it's a good product 👌

Ordered November 28. As of December 28, have not received order.

Ordered a pair of socks and a blanket for a Christmas present on 7 December. Order still hasn’t arrived on 28 December. Site stated 8 business days. To top it off, never received a response from a message I sent. No customer service number, so they can hide in internet ether. Hopefully the order is worth it when it finally gets here.

Love the quality, only issue was there were a few snags on the socks

I ordered the 2nd of Dec. didn’t receive order until the 24th. My order was not correct. I ordered a mask and pair of mens socks with one dog on both, I ordered two pairs of socks with a dog (different from first). I received the two with the same dog and the mask with dog and a pair of socks with someone else’s cat. I’ve contacted customer service, with immediate email saying it will take 72 hrs to receive response; four days later I am still waiting. Will contact better business bureau next.

I honestly did not realize the number of faces were considered separate I had an order that asked for number of faces I said two but printed as two separate faces? Very cute idea but I found misleading as the photo was two faces together not separate at least that is how I thought it would print

very bad quality material and also bad quality print. You get a pair of very poor quality, plastic material socks for $30.
