I wish I could vote no stars. Ordered on 11/26. Was told I'd receive my order 8-10 business days. It's 12/28 and I'm still waiting. Numerous changes in delivery date. No responses to emails until 12/23. Item didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Order now appears to have been given to USPS with another 3-8 day delivery window. Pupsocks continues to blame shipper when they didn't give product to shipper until late on 12/20. No real concern about customer and no real help in resolution. They refuse me a full refund until I return the item -- which I have no idea when I'll get. We're stuck waiting to see if the package ever arrives and wondering how long a refund will take since the package is no longer needed as it was for a Christmas gift exchange. Win-win for them -- they have my money and have me stuck in an endless loop of waiting.

I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed in the socks I ordered. My sister-in-law had recently had to put her much loved pug to sleep, and I thought the socks would be a great Christmas gift and a great way for her to remember her dog. However, the picture of her dog was so dark on the socks that you could hardly see the dog, let alone know it was her dog. I chose white socks since her dog was mostly black. I wanted to cry when I opened the package.
