GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

I would have given it five stars but I sent in two pics, one had two of the dogs in it and I specified I wanted the smaller dog on sock. Unfortunately they put the wrong dog. Other than that it was adorable and my uncle loved them.

Everything on time and they were able to make the photo in the shape I wanted (included my pup's paws). I loved the idea of this as a personalized gift.! Very cute However, the photos are printed too dark. The face is only visible if you look very closely and the socks are actually being worn, otherwise it looks like socks with some blobs Disappointed my dogs face is not as clear as I wanted

I ordered my socks on December 6th when shipping showed they would arrive BEFORE Christmas. Here we are December 28th and I'm STILL waiting for my socks. Very disappointed

Socks seem to be of cheap material, and they did not arrive in time for Christmas... basically you can have them back!

Where to start…this was such a bad experience. I placed the order for two pairs of socks on Nov. 14 through their website gopupsocks.com. The turn time stated it would be processed and shipped within 5 days. I ordered as a Christmas gift so this allowed plenty of time. I started inquiring with the company on Dec. 2nd (18 days) as the website showed status of still processing. I sent a message via the website’s chat / contact screen. No response. Emailed their customer support on Dec. 5th (21 days). No response. There is no customer service phone number. Additional emails and chat messages over the next few days with no response. On Dec. 8th (24 days) I asked for a refund by both chat & email. No response. Dec. 11 (27 days) I opened a complaint with my credit card company. Surprisingly I received a notice the order shipped on Dec. 15 (31 days!). I actually received the socks on Dec. 22. The pictures printed on the socks are so bad, absolutely terrible. Each pair of socks has a black / gray dog and each are printed as a black blob, completely unreadable, and the quality of the socks is poor, scratchy. The product is a cute idea but they just did not execute it well. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. So disappointed with the whole experience! If there was going to be a delay in processing past the stated 5 days, I understand, but communicate that Pup Socks by updating the website, answer chat and email messages. No reply customer service is unacceptable.

I gave a PupSocks blanket as a Christmas gift to my brother and HE LOVED IT!! I asked for two different graphics on the customizable blanket. It turned out so awesome! I will recommend this to every pet lover I know!

I have never received the socks I ordered over one month ago. I was emailed they shipped but have never arrived and the tracking says every day they should arrive by 9 pm but they never do. I have emailed for assistance and have received no response. I intended these as a gift and am super disappointed.

I placed my order on 11/26 and received an email in 12/01 saying my order had shipped. When it arrived I only received 1/2 my order. The mask is great but I ordered the socks as a gift, and the mask for myself. I waited hoping the socks would still arrive. I reached out and got no response. I reached out a second time and on 12/16 received a reply stating someone would contact me within 72 hours. Today is 12/28 and I’m still waiting. I understand the holidays and all but at least honor your email reply, 72 hours is 3 days, it’s been 12 days. I really wanted the socks. Hoping they still come, but wondering if I can get a refund if they don’t.
