My socks shipped on December 10th, didn’t receive them until December 27th and it was the wrong order. I didn’t receive the socks with my dog’s face on them, it was two other random dogs.

Pic of my pup disappointing. Only head shot even though I sent a full body pic. Could have just been any dog. ( my dog is a tripaw) This was not depicted in any way. Socks are tube socks not great quality. A cute idea for a gift but for the money, not worth it.

i ordered 2 pairs for gifts. 1 pair is perfect but the 2nd pic is so dark u can only see the dog's outline on the socks. I accept that the dog has a dark face, but maybe it should have been lightened or at least I should have been notified that it would be dark and i could have provided a different picture. thanks

Such odd material for socks and bad fit, despite ordering correct size. Will not order again. Two stars because the picture came out cute

I ordered a pair of custom socks with my dog’s face on them at least a few days before the Black Friday sales had started, simply to get a head start on Christmas shopping. The custom socks weren’t even delivered until mid-December, and the worst part of it all was that they were clearly someone else’s custom order sent to me by mistake. I’ve reached out to customer service to correct this multiple times; it took a week to get a response from someone who alleged they’d send out the corrected order. I still haven’t received the corrected order. I still have yet to even see any tracking information for the corrected order. My Christmas gift was ruined when this could have been easily resolved. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We were very excited about these and they look cute and those that received them were super excited—-they just are not great socks—my daughter is a nurse and wore them to work and they don’t stay up and bunch up—kind of disappointing in that they were pricey.

It took so long to ship but I don’t blame that to them. I kept trying to reach by email message and everything possible so I could get a estimated time. I wanted my money back and no one reached out. When it finally came back the blanket wasn’t even as I imaged. Not worth the price. Definitely will never order again and tell people I wouldn’t waste my time and money for such poor customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and had instructions on what animals I wanted and when socks came one pair the wrong dog in them. I emailed customer service 1 weeks ago and have not heard from them. My advice is to send a picture with just one object so there is no confusion.
