I ordered my socks on 11/28/2021 and still have not received them. They were for a Christmas gift and per the companies manufacturing and shipping/handling times I should have received these by now. However when I received a response from an inquiry to the company on 12/14/2021 they told me due to the holiday rush that items were taking longer. So my rating is based on their production times given the fact that I do not have the item in front of me to review the quality.

Ordered these for my son for Christmas - he was so excited to get socks with his dog's face on them. Then he tried to put them on. He wears a size 12 (I ordered XL (Men's 13-15) and he couldn't get them on his feet. I tried on them (women's size 9) and found them tight and uncomfortable. Cute idea, not so great product. I emailed customer service yesterday, but no response yet.

Still haven’t received them. Zero stars

Never even received my item. Tried to email and call, got put on hold for 40 minutes. Got a bogus shipping label. Filed a claim with my credit card..

Bought on December 3rd under the premise that my order would be delivered by Christmas (in time for Christmas presents). 10 days into the order (when they advertised orders should have been shipped by now) I wanted to confirm that this was the case so I submitted a support ticket and received no response. I've since followed up twice and still no response despite their auto-responder saying they'd get back to you within 72 hours... It's well after Christmas and I still haven't received my order (and still no response)... I'll be lucky to get it in 2022 at this point. A chargeback may be in order...

Wonderful customer service and order follow up. However the sock itself was disappointing. Very inexpensive, shiney material which felt and looked like 100% acrylic. Boxy socks size/fit. Picture was not great as it was grey scale. I didn't even remove the tags....the socks went right into the trash.

I got these as a stocking filler for my wife at Christmas. Her reaction when opening them was priceless and better than her reaction to any of her other main gifts! They turned out fantastic. Great print quality and nice quality socks. Would highly recommend!
