My kids loved their socks!

Order #2681376 - was a disaster. I have requested a full refund. I understand the photo was of a black puppy's face but even the face has NO EYES or mouth!

Still waiting for the socks that said i would get by Christmas! They were a present. I ordered on december 8th!! Ridiculous.

Took three weeks to get them. The picture quality is terrible. You can barely tell what it is. The material is also terrible. My wife surprised me with a similar product from a different company and those socks are substantially better in every way. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this

First, it took a full month to receive the socks. Then, the cutout of our cat face is very ruff…to the point my wife didn’t recognize it. Then the socks fabric quality is ok, not high, not low. Ok. For what it is, it’s my first and last order.

Order took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Emailed and Instagram DM’d multiple times to get an update on my order and received no response. The item finally arrived and they put a picture of my black dog with a black circle around her so you can barely make out the face. Sounds like I’m not the only one experiencing customer service issues.

I’m really happy with the socks. I prefer three different pairs. Super cute. Quality is nice too. More than anything they are fun a d cheerful. Delivery took longer than expected.
