I ordered the first week in Dec and didn’t receive in time for Christmas (didn’t receive until the 28th. The mask was fine. I had a different picture in the socks and it was so dark, you couldn’t even see any eyes. It just looks like the shape of a random dog head. I also didn’t realize they were going to be heavy polyester socks - terrible material and not comfortable to actually wear. Really disappointed.

2/3 of my order was incorrect. It took over a month to ship, and didn’t make it in time for Christmas. Very disappointed when my wife opened the package and asked are these supposed to be random animals…

Ordered Pup Socks on November 23...heard nothing regarding shipment, so I sent several E-mails requesting updates, as this was a Christmas present. I was never contacted by this company and was certain the socks would not arrive in time. They arrived on Christmas eve...no explanation or apology given for the lack of communication. While I'm pleased that the socks arrived in time for Christmas, I'm very disappointed by this company's failure to keep it's customers informed.

The interface for designing a new pair of socks was clunky and wouldn't accommodate adding two different pictures. The order was placed on Dec 9 — I was ordering as a stocking stuffer and ordered on the promise that it would be delivered before Christmas, but it didn't arrive until Dec 29. I uploaded a picture of my dog and me, and provided the instructions to 'Please use the dog's head only', but they included both the dog's head AND MY HEAD (hahaha!!!). I've written 3 times since Dec 16 and receive auto replies stating 'Due to an influx of holiday orders and inquiries, response times may take up to 72 hours' — I haven't received a reply yet. I'm going to file a chargeback on Monday if I don't hear back by then — what a hassle...I should have known better... UPDATE: I just looked through some other recent reviews here on TrustPilot and found a customer service number of 919-241-5662. One of the two people posting this number found the customer service to be 'lacking': ("Today I called the only telephone number I could find for the company (919-241-5662) and was informed that the item was not available and they did not know when it would be available. When I requested a refund the individual asked a number of questions that would have been visible to him when he looked up my order. When I said it seemed weird that he was asking he said I could find another way to get a refund and hung up on me. I was already not impressed by the quality of the one item received, but this unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.") I just phoned this number (I double-checked it three times). The gentleman answered 'Hello, customer service'. I asked if I was reaching PupSocks. He said no. I asked what company I was reaching. He said, 'It is a clothing company.' I asked what clothing company. He said, 'It is a clothing company.' I said, 'Well, if it were PupSocks, this is what I would tell you...' and then told him my story. He listened to to me all the way through and then said thank you... Weird...something is up...

Cute, but took too long to arrive. Ordered 12/2 for Christmas gifts—couldn’t track, arrived after the 25th.

The quality gets a zero from me. The "socks" are just rectangles of fabric with some attempt at a toe point, completely shapeless and unwearable. For the price I would expect a usable product, not just something you can open and say "Oh look at that" and never see again. There's a reason no one in their ads is actually wearing them!

I emailed twice and it kept telling me email was invalid. I ordered a blanket and socks. Socks were great. Blanket wasn’t what I asked for and I even said please email me a proof before making it which didn’t happen. Wanted one image across the whole blanket and got tiled and in a different color as well as missing the logo from the image I sent. Have not been able to reach anyone in three email attempts either.

I put my order in on 11/20/21. I was sent an email on 11/25/21 saying it would be delayed by a few days. I did not receive my socks until Dec 28. I sent 3 emails asking for updates during this time and did not get a reply back until 12/21/21 weeks later. I finally got a reply after getting an email that the socks were out for delivery which was still not true. When I contacted UPS they still had not received the package. When I finally received the socks I was disappointed in the look and the quality of them. What is supposed to look like my pet is a slight resemblance of him. Whomever did the work from the photo sent in and how ever it was done sure did not impress me. I can hardly see my baby's face. If they could not do a high quality job then I should have been told this. Certainly not worth the price that is being charged.
