I ordered a M to fit womens 9-11 and they’re HUGE. The image quality is great, they’re just too big to wear.

Horrible! Order was late received a week after Christmas. Had to tell my giftee that the order didn’t come. Expected today…imagine my surprise when it arrived I ordered grey socks with a dog picture.. received red socks with two cat pics on them…what the heck! Now I don’t have the gift a second time…and no response from this company that can’t tell the different between cat or dog ,,,red or grey. Very very disappointed ☹️

All good, though it would be nice to see what the socks will look like prior to shipping. I have received first pair and they are pretty funny!

My review is about the time it took to receive the socks, and your customer service. Before ordering my socks I contacted you with a question about the artwork and I received an answer within 24 hours. I placed my order on Nov. 20, and on Nov. 29th I received an email that it will be shipped soon. On Dec. 9th I emailed you, inquiring about the shipping status and I received no answer. I kept seeing ads from PupSocks - "Order now and receive your order before Christmas!", meanwhile, I ordered 35 days before Christmas and received my order 5 days after Christmas. So while the socks came out awesome, production time and customer service were subpar.

The pet photo came out clear and very well-replicated on the socks and the masks.

The socks arrived just on time for Christmas! I ordered a two faced image and the dog and cat images looked great. This was a perfect gift and surprise for my giftee! My only criticism is that the image of my dog (who is dark) looks a touch dark on the socks. Had I known I would have lightened her image before submitting. Otherwise I am very happy with the product. My husband reports that the socks are soft and thin so they didnt make his feet sweat and they did not bleed on their first washing. I am very pleased!!!

Wanted to give 5 stars. The product is great. The socks I order were exactly what was advertised on website. The delivery is where I have to knock down Pupsocks. Starting on the Dec 23 rd on the tracking i was informed that the socks would be delivered by 9:00 pm that day. Received the same message from the 23rd until the socks were delivered 5 days later on the.28th.

Yet to receive my order! Not happy with this company!
