I placed my order on November 28th for a Christmas gift. It said allow 7 days to ship. It didn’t even ship until the week of Christmas and was due by 9pm Christmas Eve and never came. Still hasn’t. I’ve reached out 3 times with no response.

My dog’s picture looks great but the quality of the “socks” is pretty terrible. They aren’t knit - more like a chamois material - and fall down easily. My daughter loves them but I wouldn’t buy again.
