Did not receive the socks I ordered. I reached out to the company when I opened the package. No response for 1 week.

Great design work! Pups faces on socks look real. Turn around time from when order was placed and completed was good. Shipping lacks a lot to be desired - took longer to ship than to create and complete the order. Give ship time at least 12 to 15 days.

I received the order. I am so disappointed. I paid close to 300 dollars. The printing doesn’t even look like a dog. Every single item was horrible. I was so excited to send friends and family such a personal gift. I wouldn’t give these to anyone!! I don’t know if you will do something about this or what , I really can’t afford this kind of money. I’m 71 on a fixed income and feeling so disappointed. I was so excited about your product. There photos I sent look like big black ink blobs.

Very cute and well made socks, however disappointed that I wasn’t able to give for Christmas. I ordered these with plenty of time but delivery came too late. Also, difficult to get a timely reply.

This blanket came out PERFECT!! I ordered my blanket on Dec 4th and didn't receive it til Dec 27th. I was bummed it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, but completely understandable with how backed up everything is right now.

Cute picture that came out great but really not the quality I was expecting. One pair is a little too small and when it is stretched out it alters the color and picture. Very thin socks

Very poor experience overall. I am not satsfied about the printing, one face was totally black. I would have appreciate to see how it would look like before. The order was delayed but I got 0 information and I when I sent an email I got no answer. I had to pay 9 extra euros when it arrived, but it was never indicated in the order. It was a very expensive product and the result is really not justifying the price, also for the material used for the socks. It was a waste of money, I would definitely not recommend your website

After taking an extraordinary time to receive my order , I was completely disappointed with the socks I ordered. You cannot even see the picture of the dog I submitted, it looks like a black blob of ink. Clearly no one is checking these before shipping out. I will be returning my order for a full refund.
