My order came as just a ridiculously dark silhouette of the dog. If the photo was too dark I could have been notified and I would have sent a new one. I even contacted customer service twice and received no response at all. Very disappointed.

I am still waiting for my delivery, so this is a huge negative point. Although the current situation complicates the shipping conditions, the production took rather long beforehand. The communication via e-mail was friendly and informative, the response time was ok.

Never received my order. Wish I could leave 0 stars and get my money back

Socks turned out great! My wife loved them!

Great gift given.

Socks didn’t fit properly and there was no response from the company.

I was very happy with my order. I submitted mediocre photos and they made them really pop on the socks. My giftees were thrilled. Only complaint is that shipping took lmost 2 weeks, longer than I expected, so read the fine print on shipping. They allow almost an extra week from time they notify you it's shipped to actually be shipped. Nevertheless, I love these socks and will order more.

These socks were very poor quality. Since they were so expensive I thought they would at least be as soft as normal socks, but the material is terrible and just a tube, not sock shaped. I can't imagine they will last long. Also, the instructions I submitted were not followed.
