Ordered (and credit card was charged) on Dec.8, 2021; was promised socks before Christmas; it is now Dec. 31, no socks, and company does not respond to emails; all I have gotten are canned responses. Don't believe the good reviews; the company should be put out of business.

I ordered my socks on December 1st. Today is December 31st STILL WAITING. Please make this right!!!!

One star is far too many, could not go any lower. Ordered a week and a half before Christmas with 2 day air shipping and money back guaranteed if not delivered by Christmas. It is now December 31st and my socks are no where to be found. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance getting my order and my money back and the company has not been responsive or helpful at all. Save your money, this company is a scam. UPDATE: My order originally said it would be delivered the 29th of December, a week after it was shipped on the 21st. This had already frustrated me because I paid extra for 2 day air shipping. It is now January 2nd, over 2 weeks since my order was shipped and 5 days after the package was originally supposed to be delivered. Every day when I track the tracking updates my delivery date is pushed back to the next day. Not sure I’ll ever get the socks at this point, and customer service has been non-existent, so I am positive I will not be getting my money back despite the money back guarantee if not delivered before Christmas. This company is crap don’t waste your money.

I never received my socks that I ordered on 11/30.

The socks that arrived were very low quality, and the image of the dog wasn't even cropped as requested. I specifically asked that the bow tie the dog was wearing not be cropped out, but they cropped it out anyway. Why even put a comment box for requests if they are ignored. Also, after I received notification that the package had shipped, it took over a week for the package to actually leave PupSocks. Bottom line: overpriced low quality socks, not made as specified, and super slow shipping.

The "customer service" with this company was absolutely terrible. I placed my order in November and did not get the order in time for gift-giving with my family on 12/23. I emailed the company 5 TIMES throughout a month for a status update, with no response to ANY of the emails...until finally, two days after I received my order. That email included an impersonal response, half-heartedly apologizing for the delay in a response, with a tracking #...for the order I already received. I should've gotten a full refund for the crappy way this company treated one of its customers. I will never use the company again, will let others know about my experience (including the BBB), and give dozens of other companies my business who have shown they value their customers. Thanks for asking for my review and opinions. I'm very happy to share them.

The instructions I provided for how I wanted the photo cropped were not followed and the shipment was over a week late. In the end they turned out very cute, but I wouldn’t order from here again.
