Ordered my PupSocks on December 6th. Shipped on the 14th. Arrived on the 21st. Order was completely messed up; one of my items was correct but there were two other pairs of socks from *two* other orders, so there must be three of us out here very disappointed with PupSocks' apparent inability to keep order numbers attached to the proper items. Now it's ten days since I reached out to customer service and I've heard nothing. Yes, the one item was correct, but other than that it could not be worse.

Image on the socks looked good, but my order did not even ship out until after I was told they would arrive. I understand it's Christmas but you may need to change the amount of days you say it will take during busier times.

Overall it's a nice blanket. I was expecting it to look like the one that is advertised where the heads were more spread out and not blended into each other.

The order didn’t arrive until after Christmas, and it was placed Dec 3rd. The socks look cute, but the sock itself is bizarre. The material feels more like the fabric a necktie would be made of. The shape of the sock is more tube-like than sock shaped. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I have initiated an refund request.

Ordered on website December 1 with expectation of pre-Christmas delivery. Shipping information was given a week before with pre-christmas delivery. Christmas eve the delivery date was changed!

Horrible customer service. Horrible product. Cheaply made, pictures are terrible.

Quality of the socks very poor. They are very wide on the toes and not comfortable. Wouldn’t order again
