Never received our order even though it said it was shipped via UPS. UPS has no record of it other than a ticket was created for it but never picked up

I bought both my boys PupSocks with their dog's faces on them and my sil with his daughter's face. Their smile was all I needed to know how much they loved them!!

Ordered these on Black Friday but they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas.

This was my 3rd pair but the socks are very tight and the picture quality horrible. Dog face so black characters can’t be made out. Looks like a bat. Picture wasn’t that black or why didn’t they contact me if needed another picture ?

On November 18th I ordered a face mask and a pair of socks with my dog’s face on them. A month later they finally arrived. The face mask was made perfectly. The socks had some random lady’s face on it instead of my dog. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my two sons. I have tried to contact the company 3 times about the socks and the only response I have received is an autogenerated response saying that it might take them 72 hours to respond. I am very disappointed. If you pay $25 for a pair of custom made socks you expect them to be made correctly. You also expect a response from customer service when you contact them about a mistake.

It was really cute but a lot more orangey than the actually dog is . She is actually quite blonde so that was the only thing I wasn’t happy with .

I absolutely love the blanket I purchased. The image of my sweet Abby's face was perfect. She isn't the youngest of pups, so I am grateful to have this comfy memento of her for years to come! Thank you!
