Waiting for them to arrive

Well finally got an order. Just not our order, not our dog! Anyone missing 2 pairs of socks with golden retriever faces??? I’m missing 3 pair with 3 different type of dogs none were golden retriever faces but that’s what we got! And still no response to my multiple emails to their “customer service” 🤬

The product is cute and I am ultimately happy with it. there were a couple of things during the time I waited for my order that i think could be opportunities for improvement on the company's part. First, as a customer i had no idea how long it would take to get to me. It seemed that I got a confirmation of my order quickly but I didn't get the item ordered until well after a month of initial order. Additionally I found it very difficult to follow up on my order. I think that knowing the length of time for the order, a regular status update and easier ways to followup would have enhanced my experience with your company.

Love the socks but SO THINK THAT THEY SHOULD indicate that it is a sock sock size not a shoe size!!!!! I emailed to ask and heard back a week later. Now I have gifts which I can’t give because they are way too big. 😡. Big waste of $ and time.
