Cute, but not super comfy. Took quite awhile to arrive and all the customer service emails came back as undeliverable.

Had no clue if you were legit or what but ordered socks anyway. You are legit and thank you for bringing happy tears of joy to my BFF for Christmas.

The site was easy to use and I ordered in time for international shipping before Christmas according to the guidelines on the site. I have not received my order and no one has responded to my emails asking for an update or refund.

You nailed it! Blanket with our doggo’s picture was the hands down favorite gift for our family Christmas….but received AFTER Christmas. Only downside was the shipping. It took waaaaay too long to ship UPS then hand it off to USPS. If directly shipped by UPS it would have been delivered more than 10 days earlier. I’d have paid more to not have the package handed off and sitting around my local area for over a week. Shipping was the only thing I’d change. The blanket is soft and perfect for snuggling.

The socks I ordered were the cameo pattern. They arrived and I can’t even make out the dogs picture because the camo pattern is so dark and I have a dark dog. I can’t even believe they would make these and ship them to me. Someone should have called and a least gave me a heads up that you can’t see the dog and maybe it would be better for me to pick a different pattern. Once I got the socks I contacted customer service, which is only email (another problem). I have not heard from them and it’s been a week. I sent a follow up email and still no reply. All I want is a new pair made so I can see my dog’s face. Don’t think it’s too much to expect at the very least a reply.

I ordered a pair of socks with 2 pup faces on it for a Christmas gift, and my friend LOVED them! Very well made and the pictures were so clear! Highly recommend, and I know this won’t be the last time I order from PupSocks!
