I have nothing to review, I am still waiting for my two ordered items! You keep pushing back the delivery date.

I ordered 3 pairs for Christmas gifts on Nov 27. I got an email stating they shipped on Dec 2. After that, nothing. Tracking shows nothing since Dec 2. I sent an email to pup socks asking for their help and still have heard nothing. So much for Christmas gifts. What a complete waste of money. I will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Never got my order. Never got any updates on why. Never got a response to my email inquiring where the order was or when it would be delivered. Nothing. Customer service is so bad I want to give it zero stars. I cannot say anything about the product because I never got it.

These socks were disappointing, the image turned out great but the quality of the material is terrible. They’re baggy, thin, loose and barely stay on your feet. Unfortunately they’re unwearable as is. Additionally, they came over a week late and were overpriced for what we received.

I ordered and paid for a blanket with two dog faces. I sent in the pictures and didn’t receive my order until after Christmas (that really wasn’t a big deal, it was December when I ordered). When I opened it after I got it, it only had one dog face on it. I have tried to contact customer service through email and haven’t gotten any response. We love the blanket that we received. If it would have been the right one or at least we would have been helped, when we notified them, I would have given them 5 stars. They really need work on their communication with customers.

Still waiting for a response to my missing socks from an order placed on 11/24/2021. I received one of two pair ordered and can't get a response. You won't retain customers if the experience is horrible. I own multiple dogs and would have purchased many products for my family and our friends who also have fur family. Now I just want a refund and to be done with this company because of the horrible customer service. They need to learn the lesson of controlled growth to ensure satisfied customers. Plenty of companies offer these products now and at a lower cost. If I don't hear back by next week (been waiting more than 2 weeks already) I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So disappointed with this whole experience.

Sock quality & material is cheap & not as advertised. The socks are made with a very thin polyester type material and the color & picture is distorted when stretched, there is no heel as pictured. it’s a single tube like sock & had faded white lines on sides where pressed. Took over a month to get delivered & didn’t make it in time to give as a planned Christmas gift. I was very disappointed in my purchase.

Great socks! Wife and step daughter loved them!
