Ordered on December 7th with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I have not received my order and tracking is unclear. I’ve messaged pup socks with no response. I messaged customer service on Monday, 12/26 and Wednesday 12/28. Today is Friday 12/31.. no response. At this time, i would not recommend.

Positive: Socks were delivered after waiting 3 weeks on Christmas Eve, so they were just in time. My dog’s face was cropped well for the design. Negative: I emailed after two weeks of waiting to get an update with no response until a week after delivery. Socks are a really weird quality and not very usable. All in all, a unique idea, but I would not order again due to poor sock quality and lack of communication.

Loved the socks! Came out better than expected, with our puppy’s face. A delightful gift. They also feel really lovely in terms of fabric. Haven’t washed it yet, we’ll see if anything changes but hopefully not!

It took 3 weeks to get my order. The socks are stiff and the mask is too small to wear.
