The product took a week longer to arrive than advertised (missed Christmas) and the shipping bag was empty when it did show up. I emailed the company but no response at this time.

Ordered socks on Dec 9, with statement from colony socks would be in one week. Socks showed up on Dec 27. I wrote email to your company over one week ago and have not received a response. Terrible customer service

The socks were as ordered and they look great! But based on the website's estimate of how long they would take to get to us, they were more than a week late in arriving. They did arrive the day before Christmas, but we had left town by then and so did not receive them in time for our Christmas gift exchange. I suppose this was because the company was overwhelmed with Christmas orders. Nevertheless, we would order from PupSocks again. I hope in the future you can expand the range of colors to include some basic colors such as black, navy, and brown. Thank you!

Asked to review something I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas as a gift for my daughter. It’s now about a month after ordering and they still haven’t arrived so if you plan on any of their items as a gift, plan a couple months ahead

I thought the whole dog body would be on the sock, which I sent. You printed the head of the dog only. Wasn’t thrilled with the material of the socks. It was a birthday gift for a friend.

Image quality is ok enough. A little darker than expected. The big issue for me is the shape and material of the socks. They are polyester. Which I will admit the description may have said, but the poly is like a sports jersey. NOTHING like any sock you would want on your foot. This material won't wick or absorb ANY moisture. Also the shape. They are as TUBE of a sock as I've ever seen. Zero idea how they are going to stay on someone's leg. Overall I will not be ordering these for anyone else. maybe their other items are of better quality

Received the complete wrong order. Emailed customer service three times over two weeks and still have not received a response. Incredibly disappointed and will not be purchasing anything else from this company.
