The socks are cute, but customer service is seriously lacking. Ordered 12/8, received notice they "shipped" on 12/17, but that was just the day the shipping label was created. The order did not in fact ship until after Christmas and finally arrived 12/29. No way to contact them except by a form on their website, which I submitted 12/20. No reply yet (as of 12/31).

Picture is way too dark and looks like a black blob. Disappointed

Great socks, but my order was shipped incomplete. Reached out to customer service and hope to hear back from them soon. Other than that, what I received was pretty cool.

We are disappointed in our products the mask we ordered was not the customized mask we ordered. The face in the mask was not the picture we uploaded.

Still waiting for the arrival of these socks. Ordered well before Christmas with anticipated delivery 7-10 days. It’s been closer to 20 days and no word.

We loved the image, captured our dog perfectly. The issue however is with the construction of the socks. There is no banding or finishing on the top of the sock. It is uneven and looks as if it was just sheared off of the machine which is unfortunate.

The socks took about 4 weeks to get to me. I emailed them a few times and never heard anything back. Also, the picture of the dog was completely blacked out, no eyes or nose were visible. The dog is black but in the picture you could clearly see it’s eyes and nose. Also the material is very cheap and weird. It’s not even like normal sock material whatsoever. Not worth it, do not buy from here. Also, before I even got the socks I tried to get a refund and cancel the order and nobody will even email me back from the company, what a scam.
