Had these made for my daughters. They love them

Whoever digitally “cut out” my dog’s face, made his head flat, and cut off the upper part of his head and ears. They did not keep the natural curve of the top of his head. It looks silly. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I wrote a complaint on 12/28. I was so excited to get this blanket. The blanket was supposed to have two different cat faces meshed together throughout the blanket. You can’t see one of the cats at all and the other face is blurry. That faces are way bigger than the images online make it out to be. I really would like the blanket to be re-done but I haven’t received a response yet. I know that the blankets they’ve done do end up looking great. I’m disappointed that I spent so much money on it and can’t even tell what kind of animals are on the blanket, let alone my personal cats on it. I have yet to hear back from anyone!

I ordered two blankets as Christmas presents one of two dogs for my daughter and she cried when she opened it she loved it, and another one of a single dog for my sons girlfriend and she also loved it

Still haven't received my order, despite being placed over 3 weeks ago. Customer service gets a 0.

Its impossible to trace my package and it never arrived. I waited almost a month and a half.

Great Christmas gift for the family, they all loved it!
