Overall I'm pleased. Bummed that I ordered on December 6, but they didn’t arrive until December 28, oh well, made a great NYE gift. Honestly I felt they are a little pricey for the quality of the material, as they are not the most plush, but they look amazing! and the promo discount definitely helped. The novelty of having your pets face on the socks more than makes up for the quality & price point on top of the fact that every purchase benefits the Humane Society. I would buy again, but next time give a little more buffer for delivery.

Hello! The socks are cute and the photos of our dog turned out well! Unfortunately, the socks are uncomfortable (thin and cheap material) and do not fit (very flat shaped and wide). The socks were ordered November 9th I think and we didn't receive them until December 29th I think. By early December I was wondering if they would make it by Xmas which they didn't. No one responded to my email inquiry. You're tardiness and cancelation policy make the company feel like a bit of a scam, though I know you're not. Sorry to say it but those are definite improvement areas and would help you get repeat customers/good recommendations.

I didn't receive what I ordered. Ordered a red super mom throw and received a plain white throw with no writing. Cats picture was perfect, but on the wrong throw. I've tried contacting pupsocks twice and have yet to receive a response.
